Profiles
Arshad M. Khan - Broker- Owner
Arshad M. Khan is the Owner-Broker of Accord Real Estate
Investments. The Company assists clients with the purchase and sale of commercial,
residential, land and investment properties. Founded in 1996 in Sacramento,
California, the sales have grown steadily every year in millions of dollars.
Arshad khan is a strong believer in a high level of customer
service and professionalism-resulting in about 95% of the business being
referral based. He stays involved with his clients after the sale and strives
to achieve a lifetime commitment.
Prior to establishing his firm, he started his career
in real estate as a loan officer with a mortgage corporation in Sacramento.
Thereafter, he joined a real estate company to establish in-house loan
services as well as serve customers on the sales side of the transaction.
Currently, the main focus is real estate sales, but with having over seven
years of financing experience, he has been able to provide more comprehensive
and valuable guidance to the clients.
He was appointed as Vice President- Acquisitions/Member
of the Board of Directors with Brownstone Corporate Properties in November
2000. He is responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities in multi-housing
communities of 80 units or more. He has successfully assisted Brownstone
to grow from no assets to now over 200 apartments in Indiana valued over
$5 million. With his continued involvement, the Company is projected to
reach about 500 units and over $14 million in assets by September, 2005.
He is continually evaluating additional investment opportunities. At the
same time Arshad Khan is constantly involved in developing, streamlining,
and marketing of Brownstone's investment objectives and strategies on
a national and international level.
Arshad has now over seventeen years of sales experience
in a variety of areas and has won numerous awards in sales and customer
service. For five years as a Purchase Officer for Exxon Chemicals abroad
he has professionally represented the Company as a Buyer in major purchases,
contract negotiations, project and crisis management. He successfully
contributed in training and team development and effective supervision
of personnel.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from California State University at Fresno and an Associates degree from
Sacramento City College.
Kamran Jaleel - Residential Real Estate
Sacramento Region
Kamaran Jaleel is a Residential Specialist with Accord
Real Estate Investments a commercial, residential and land brokerage firm
based in Sacramento, CA in business since 1996 with sales of over $5 million
in 2002.
Kamaran specializes in residential sales and has over
20 years of experience in various areas of sales and management. He started
his career with F.W WOOLWORTH CO and in due course was promoted as General
Manager and managed four different stores in Northern California receiving
various commendations and awards for his efforts in increasing sales and
profits. He also worked as Merchandising Manager and then as Operations
Manager for Office Depot. In this capacity he oversaw the day to day operations
of the Human Recourses Department dealing with hiring, promotions and
scheduling over 75 associates.
Kamaran brings to the table years of management skills
in dealing with clients, vendors and employees with personal drive to
do the best job for his clients and to meet and exceed their expectations.
Kamaran and Arshad Khan (Owner-Accord Real Estate Investments)
have known each other for over 24 years since their college days. They
had kept in touch with each other over the years even though they were
working in different cities. In the early 90s they both moved to the Sacramento
area and a few years ago Arshad Khan invited Kamaran to join Accord Real
Estate Investments to become a part of his growing firm. They both understand
and believe in the strong customer service and developing long term relationships
which is the basis of their nearly 95% referral rate.
Kamaran with his experience in sales and customer service
understands that in today's competitive market the only way to stand above
and beyond the competition is to have the knowledge, patience, problem
solving and a can-do attitude. He is totally aware what a major step it
is in his client's life when they decide to buy or sell a home and is
always available to help and guide them throughout the process. He strongly
believes that it is all worth it to the see the happy reactions when he
hands over the keys to their NEW HOME.
